Before you contact us

A card or tag is not detected

Check NFC availability and, on Android, enable NFC in Settings. Unlock the phone and hold the tag near its NFC antenna. Payment, transit and access cards may be protected and are not suitable as blank tags. Another phone usually cannot replace a writable NDEF tag. iPhone support is ISO14443 NDEF.

Writing or verification failed

Keep the same tag still until verification finishes. Check that it is writable, has enough space and does not require an unknown password. A failed verification does not prove nothing was written: read the tag before retrying. Include the tag type and exact error text in your report, never its password or private contents.

Will reinstalling fix it?

Export important saved work before clearing data or uninstalling. Local data may be lost. First close and reopen the app, then check for updates in the store. If the issue persists, report it before deleting anything.

How do purchases and refunds work?

This is a one-time paid download. Use the same store account to re-download on compatible devices. App Store and Google Play purchases are separate. Request refunds through the store where you paid; the store decides eligibility. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers or full receipts.
