Privacy policy
123 NFC is a prerelease app for reading and writing NFC NDEF tags and automating device tasks. Platform features and hardware compatibility are being verified.
Effective: October 22, 2026
1. Operator and scope
Operator: 123EGGS. This policy covers the current prerelease version of this app and its support pages. The app does not include account registration, advertising SDKs, or analytics SDKs.
2. Information handled
The app may handle NDEF tag content you choose to read or write, saved profiles, recent activity (up to 100 entries), language, and app settings. Tags can contain personal information, including contact details or Wi-Fi passwords. 123 NFC is not an encrypted vault and does not encrypt data stored on NFC tags.
3. On-device use and features
Tag reading and writing happen when you start the feature on a supported device and tag. Profiles and recent activity are stored on your device to provide app features.
4. Sharing and external transfers
123 NFC can pass content you choose to write to a tag, export to a file, or share. If you configure a network task, the URL, headers, and body you provide are sent to that destination, and its response is received. The app does not send this data to a default 123EGGS endpoint.
If you choose to send a support email, it may include the text you write, the email address you send from, and optional diagnostics you review and choose to include (app version/build, operating system, device model, and app language). You can remove diagnostics before sending. Saved work, NFC tag contents, passwords, and raw logs are not attached automatically. The app does not automatically upload support reports or collect analytics. Your email provider delivers the message, and the 123EGGS support inbox uses it to reply and investigate issues. Messages are kept only as long as needed for support or legal obligations; you can request deletion through support.
5. Permissions and platform features
123 NFC uses permissions or device features only when needed for a task you choose. On Android, NFC and some advanced tasks may require microphone, camera, location, calendar, phone, or system-setting access. If you do not grant a permission, the related task may not work. Initial iPhone support is limited to ISO14443 NDEF features.
6. Storage and deletion
Local data remains on your device until you delete it in the app, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Operating-system backups and files you export follow the policies of that platform or storage location. 123EGGS does not keep a separate server copy of app data.
7. Marketplace payments, your choices, and requests
Both apps are planned as one-time paid purchases with no subscription or in-app purchases. Google Play or Apple’s App Store handles payment; each marketplace’s policies govern transaction and refund information. The marketplace page will show the price.
You can remove app data through the app or your operating system’s clear-data or uninstall controls. Contact us below to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. 123EGGS aims to request only permissions needed for app features.
8. Policy changes
We may update this policy when features, platform support, or laws change. The revised policy and its effective date will be posted on this official page.
